We would generally advise diabetics against our fruit varieties and would rather refer to our core classic. Basically, the starch contained in oatmeal is slowly broken down into sugar in the body. Accordingly, it leads to a slow and shallow increase in blood glucose progression, so that little insulin is needed to regulate blood glucose levels. The valuable oat fiber in turn helps to support this insulin-saving effect. For absolute clarity, we recommend consulting a doctor or nutritionist.
